Procedure:

1.Buyer issues LOI (Letter of Intent) ICPO (Irrevocable Corporate Purchase Order) with BCL.

2.Seller issues Full Corporate Offer (FCO).

3.Buyer accepts and signs FCO.

4.Seller sends Draft Contract to buyer.

5.Upon agreement on the Contract, both Buyer and Seller will sign Contract.

6.Fax or courier exchanges of hard copy of contract.

7.Within 10 (ten) banking days after receipt of the signed contract, Buyer will issue a non-operative letter of credit accordance to the contract terms.

8.Within 10 (ten) banking days Seller will post Performance Bond (PB) for the value of 2% of letter of credit to guarantee the delivery.
